These Terms of Use apply to your use of Pitch & Pack (campspro.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may read the guides, use the Planner, and print or copy your own checklist for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with how it works.

Information only

The guides and the Planner are general educational information for beginners. They are not professional advice, and they do not replace local rules, park alerts or the instructions of rangers and staff. Read the Disclaimer before you rely on any page.

  • Text and tools. The text, structure and Planner of Pitch & Pack belong to Pitch & Pack and are protected by copyright.
  • Photos. Photos belong to their photographers and are used under the Pexels license. Credits appear with each photo and on the Methodology and Sources page.
  • Official content. Names, logos and materials from government agencies and other organizations belong to them. We cite their public pages as sources. Mentioning an agency does not mean it is connected with the site or endorses it.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • copy the site in bulk with scrapers or other automated tools;
  • republish whole guides, or large parts of them, on another website, in print or in a commercial product without written permission;
  • present our content as your own;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the contact form;
  • use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.

You may quote a short passage if you give clear credit and a link back to the page. To ask for permission to use more, write to [email protected].

The site names official sources and credits photographers, and some pages mention outside sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. A mention is not an endorsement.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” The team works to keep the guides accurate, but we do not promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors. Rules change by place and by day, so confirm them with the official source before you travel.

The Planner suggests a list. It does not promise that you will have everything you need for your trip, your group or your location. We also do not promise that the site will always be available or run without interruption.

Limits on our responsibility

In plain terms: you use the site and plan your trip at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Pitch & Pack and its team are not responsible for injuries, losses, fines, damage, canceled reservations or other problems that come from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms removes a right that the law does not allow to be removed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of the page changes. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
